朱明利（以下简称"我们"）非常重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们在你使用 LinFeed（以下简称"本应用"）时如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护你的个人信息，以及你享有的权利。
一、我们收集的信息
我们仅在为你提供服务所必需的范围内收集信息：
- 账号信息：注册时的用户名、密码、邮箱、手机号、昵称、头像。
- 资料信息：你主动填写的性别、地区、生日、婚姻状况、个性签名、联系方式等。
- 沟通内容：你发送的消息、语音、图片、视频、动态、评论等用户内容，用于在用户之间传递。
- 相机与相册：在你主动拍摄或选择媒体文件时访问，用于发送消息、设置头像、发布动态。
- 麦克风：在你发送语音消息或进行语音/视频通话时访问。
- 位置信息：仅在你主动分享位置时获取当前地理位置。我们不会在后台持续采集位置。
- 设备与日志信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、IP 地址、崩溃日志等，用于保障安全与排查故障。
我们不会收集与提供服务无关的信息，也不会进行跨应用/网站的广告追踪。
二、我们如何使用信息
- 提供即时通讯、动态、通话、好友关系等核心功能；
- 进行账号验证、安全风控、违规内容审核；
- 改进产品体验、排查与修复故障；
- 在法律要求时配合履行法定义务。
三、信息的共享与披露
- 我们不会出售你的个人信息。
- 你发送的消息、动态等内容会按你的意愿展示给相应的接收方（好友、群成员等）。
- 除以下情形外，我们不会向第三方共享你的个人信息：
- 获得你的明确同意；
- 为实现功能所必需的服务商（如服务器托管），且其受保密义务约束；
- 依据法律法规、司法或行政机关的强制要求。
四、信息的存储与安全
- 你的信息存储于位于中华人民共和国境内的服务器。
- 我们采用传输加密（HTTPS/TLS）、访问控制等措施保护你的信息；部分私密会话支持端到端加密。
- 我们仅在实现目的所必需的期间内保留你的信息；账号注销后将予以删除。
五、你的权利
- 访问与更正：你可在应用内查看和修改你的资料信息。
- 删除与注销：你可随时在"设置 — 注销账号"中删除账号。账号注销后，你的账号信息、聊天记录、好友关系、动态、收藏等数据将被永久删除且不可恢复。
- 管理权限：你可在系统设置中开启或关闭相机、麦克风、相册、定位等权限。
- 举报与拉黑：你可对令人反感的内容或用户进行举报或拉黑。
六、未成年人保护
本应用主要面向成年人。未满 18 周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意并指导下使用。若我们发现未经监护人同意收集了未成年人信息，将尽快删除。
七、第三方 SDK
本应用可能集成第三方 SDK 以实现特定功能。我们会要求其遵守相应的隐私与安全要求。当前集成的第三方 SDK 及其用途清单将在应用内或本政策中持续更新。
八、本政策的更新
我们可能适时更新本隐私政策，更新后将在应用内公示。重大变更将以显著方式通知你。

MingLi Zhu ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use LinFeed (the "App"), and the rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide our services to you:
- Account information: username, password, email, phone number, nickname, and avatar provided at registration.
- Profile information: gender, region, birthday, marital status, bio, contact details, and other information you choose to provide.
- Communication content: messages, voice, images, videos, moments, comments, and other user content you send, used to deliver content between users.
- Camera and photos: accessed only when you actively take or select media, to send messages, set your avatar, or post moments.
- Microphone: accessed only when you send voice messages or make voice/video calls.
- Location: your current location is obtained only when you actively choose to share it. We do not collect location continuously in the background.
- Device and log information: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and crash logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect information unrelated to our services, and we do not perform cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide core features such as messaging, moments, calls, and friend relationships;
- For account verification, security and risk control, and moderation of violating content;
- To improve the product and to diagnose and fix problems;
- To comply with legal obligations where required by law.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Messages, moments, and other content you send are shown to the recipients you intend (friends, group members, etc.).
- We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- with your explicit consent;
- with service providers necessary to deliver features (e.g., server hosting), who are bound by confidentiality obligations;
- where required by applicable law or by a judicial or governmental authority.
4. Storage and Security
- Your information is stored on secure servers operated by us or our hosting providers.
- We protect your information using transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and other measures; some private conversations support end-to-end encryption.
- We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here; after you delete your account, your data is deleted.
5. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile information inside the App.
- Deletion and account closure: you can delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. After deletion, your account information, chat history, friend relationships, moments, favorites, and other data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Manage permissions: you can enable or disable camera, microphone, photos, and location permissions in your system settings.
- Report and block: you can report objectionable content or users, or block a user.
6. Protection of Minors
The App is intended primarily for adults. Minors under 18 should use it only with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If we learn that we have collected a minor's information without a guardian's consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
7. Third-Party SDKs
The App may integrate third-party SDKs to provide certain features. We require them to comply with applicable privacy and security requirements. The list of integrated third-party SDKs and their purposes is kept up to date in the App or this policy.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post updates within the App. We will notify you of material changes in a prominent manner.
