欢迎使用 LinFeed（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由朱明利（以下简称"我们"）提供。在使用本应用前，请你仔细阅读并充分理解本协议全部内容。你下载、注册或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部约定。

一、协议的接受与变更

  1. 本协议是你与我们之间就使用本应用所订立的协议。
  2. 我们有权在必要时修订本协议，修订后的协议将在应用内公示。若你不同意修订内容，应停止使用本应用；继续使用即视为接受修订后的协议。

二、账号注册与使用

  1. 你需年满 12 周岁方可注册使用本应用；未满 18 周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意并指导下使用。
  2. 你应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号与密码。账号下的一切行为由你本人负责。
  3. 你可随时在"设置 — 注销账号"中删除你的账号。账号注销后，相关数据将被永久删除且不可恢复。

三、用户内容与行为规范（重要）

  1. "用户内容"指你通过本应用发布、发送、传输的文字、图片、语音、视频、动态等一切信息。你对自己发布的用户内容承担全部责任。
  2. 我们对令人反感的内容（objectionable content）及滥用行为采取零容忍政策。 你承诺不会创建、上传、发布或传输任何包含以下内容的信息：
  1. 你不得从事以下行为：冒充他人、批量注册、恶意刷屏、传播恶意程序、未经授权抓取数据、干扰本应用正常运行等。

四、举报与处置机制

  1. 本应用提供举报与拉黑功能。你可对任何令人反感的内容或滥用用户进行举报，或将对方拉黑以屏蔽其消息。
  2. 我们将在收到举报后 24 小时内 进行审核处理，对违规内容予以删除，对违规账号视情节采取警告、功能限制、封禁等措施。
  3. 一经核实存在严重违规，我们有权在不另行通知的情况下移除内容并终止相关账号。

五、知识产权

  1. 本应用及其相关软件、界面、商标等知识产权归我们所有。
  2. 你保留对自己用户内容的知识产权；同时你授予我们为提供和改进服务所必需的、非独占的使用许可。

六、免责声明与责任限制

  1. 本应用按"现状"提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对服务的不中断、无错误作出保证。
  2. 对于因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方原因造成的损失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。

七、服务的变更、中断与终止

  1. 我们可根据运营需要变更、暂停或终止部分或全部服务。
  2. 若你违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向你提供服务。

八、法律适用与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

Welcome to LinFeed (the "App"), provided by MingLi Zhu ("we", "us"). Please read and fully understand these Terms before using the App. By downloading, registering, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Changes

  1. These Terms form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
  2. We may revise these Terms when necessary, and revised Terms will be posted within the App. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Registration and Use

  1. You must be at least 12 years old to register; minors under 18 should use the App only with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
  2. You must provide true and accurate registration information and keep your account and password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  3. You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. After deletion, related data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3. User Content and Conduct (Important)

  1. "User content" means all text, images, voice, video, moments, and other information you publish, send, or transmit through the App. You are solely responsible for the user content you post.
  2. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, post, or transmit any content that:
  1. You must not: impersonate others, mass-register accounts, spam, distribute malware, scrape data without authorization, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.

4. Reporting and Moderation

  1. The App provides reporting and blocking features. You may report any objectionable content or abusive user, or block a user to hide their messages.
  2. We will review reports within 24 hours of receipt, remove violating content, and take action against violating accounts including warnings, feature restrictions, or bans depending on severity.
  3. Where a serious violation is confirmed, we may remove the content and terminate the account without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The App and its related software, interface, and trademarks are our intellectual property.
  2. You retain the intellectual property rights to your own user content; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to provide and improve the service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third parties.

7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  1. We may change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service as needed for operations.
  2. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the service to you.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence. Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent court in the operator's location.
